Our thoughts can determine our choices, our mood, our perspective, and our path for life. Are things growing in the shadows of your mind that can destroy you your future and your relationships.

Do your thoughts run rampant and rule your mood?

Do you have the mind of Christ? Are you allowing him to shine a light on the negative and ugly thoughts and judgments you carry.

The Lord often brings to mind 2 Corinthians 10:5 when warding against the lies we tend to believe as truth.

"We demolish arguments & every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and WE TAKE CAPTIVE EVERY THOUGHT TO MAKE IT OBEDIENT TO CHRIST." 2 Corinthians 10:5

In the mornings when I talk to Jesus I ask him to give me the mind of Christ for that day. I submit every thought, good and bad, every joy, every disappointment, every frustration, and that he give me his mindset, his plan, his will and his perspective.

If thoughts rule your emotions, unspoken conversations happen in your mind and determine your choices; if fear and depression runs rampant because of the unruly thoughts in your mind then it's time to hold God to his word to take every thought captive and use the self control that the Holy Spirit provides us and ask him to give you the mind of Christ.
